Our programs

Each of our programs runs for sixteen weeks, with weekly 60 minute sessions.

Groups are offered

Sundays

9:00 am to 10:00 am

10:15 am to 11:15 am

11:30 am to 12:30 pm

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays

7:30pm - 8:30pm

times depend on which group each person is attending.

Youth Anger Management(Ages 13-17)

Support for teens to manage emotions, handle peer pressure and develop coping skills.

Adult Anger Management

Learn tools to manage anger, build accountability and improve communication.

Domestic Violence Psycho-education for Survivors, Perpetrators, and Adults with Learning Differences

(separate groups)

Empowerment and healing for those impacted by domestic violence with tools for safety and resilience.

Accountability focused program to stop cycles of harm and promote healthy relationship dynamics.

Specialized curriculum that addresses boundaries, safety and communication with extra support tools.

All groups focus toward giving parents knowledge about the impact that domestic violence has toward children and provide tools, techniques, and safety planning to allow parents to create and maintain safety for their children.


intake process

Before beginning any program, all participants must complete a confidential intake through our HIPAA-compliant platform. This ensures we understand your needs, referral requirements, and goals to connect you into the right group.

Former Domestic Violence Liaison for Child and Family Services (CFS). Passionate about equipping families with tools to hold safety for their children and break cycles of harm.

Social worker with CFS, committed to supporting families through the child welfare system and helping them build safe, stable homes.
