Who We Are.
1348 Melton and Associates was created to provide structured, trauma-informed, psychoeducation programs for families connected to the CFS juvenile court system. After years of working directly with families through CFS, we recognized a critical gap in services. Especially in youth anger management and in tailored domestic violence education for both survivors and individuals who have caused harm involved with CFS.
Our mission is to give families the tools they need to hold safety for their children, strengthen relationships, and break cycles of violence for future generations.

Meet the Founders
Taylor Melton, M.s.
With a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy, Taylor previously served as a domestic violence liaison for CFS. In this role, she supported both survivors of domestic violence and individuals who had caused harm, helping them navigate the CFS juvenile court system and build safer environments for their children.
Teroll Melton Jr. (TJ), MSW
Tj is a social worker with CFS. With a master's degree in social work, he brings years of experience helping families strengthen protective factors overcome systemic challenges, and create stability.
